Impact 2025 meetings were conducted by the Kannada Radio Speaker at Raipalli, Bidar
Dist. This village was the centre where people from three villages, namely Raipalli,
Yanugunda & Karigi(K) congregated for these meetings. These meetings were
conducted from April 10 – 12, 2025. The theme of these meetings was “Saved by
Grace”. There were nearly 150 people who attended these meetings. There is a SDA
Church in this village. On the night of April 10, it continued raining and as a result
there were trees that had fallen on the overhead electrical cables and disrupted the
power. The meetings were conducted with the help of a small charging light. The
people were taught about the “Grace” of God and how it works in us. On the second
day the characteristics of “Grace” was taught to the people. On the third day it was
taught to the people about the love of God and significance of the Communion Service.
The people had a different concept of only partaking of the Bread and wine. They did
not know that they had to wash each other’s feet before partaking from the table. This
was addressed and cleared with the congregation. This explanation went on till
everyone washed the feet of each other right up till 4:30 pm. This made an impact in the
minds of the congregation. Only after this was done was lunch served for adults.
During the meeting when an alter call was made 9 people including a wife and
husband took their stand for Jesus. They were taught briefly of the Sabbath truth, the
soon coming of Jesus, loving one another and the need to be forgiven. After these
studies all nine of them were baptised by Pr. Shivakumara. There are many others who
want to learn more about Jesus, the Adventist principles and will soon take their stand
for God. It was a great blessing and privilege for me. I want to thank God and the AMC
Director, Pr. Laban Rao for guiding and giving me this opportunity.
